We will require a written communication from the client confirming the assignment and giving relevant Job Descriptions of each profile, compensation structure, skill-set required, location of posting, position in organizational hierarchy, responsibilities, Key Result Areas etc. (An official E-mail communication will be deemed to be written confirmation.)
The process involves post recruitment follow-ups with both clients and candidates for feedback after each round of interview. The brief process structure is as follows:-
Understanding Job Details (JD) This includes industry preference, functional areas, job title, job specifications, key skills, education, reporting relationships, compensation package, job location and other relevant details, if any.
Head Hunting Once the job details are identified, our search team will first identify suitable candidates from our exhaustive database and if required will advertise for the position.
Screening Appropriate candidates are called for first screening interview at Career kart office wherein besides suitability of candidate for the position, academic credentials, and formal reference checks (if necessary) are verified. The short-listed candidates are adequately briefed about organization and the respective job position before they are recommended for an interview.
Follow-ups Coordination with both client and candidates is managed until selection process of candidate for particular post is completed.
Final Selection Once the selection process for the particular position is completed by client, we then ensure the smooth induction of candidate into organization.
For each candidate selected by your company through our reference, we charge our professional charges from the company. No money is charged from the employee.
In case the employee hired through us leaves the company of his/her free will within agreed time period, we provide replacement at no extra cost to the client.
